Alexis Ohanian shows off rare Venus Williams collectable despite being married to Serena
Alexis Ohanian has shown off a part of his life which is more linked to sister-in-law Venus Williams rather than his wife Serena Williams.
Ohanian has many interests and hobbies, and having a lot of money allows you to take those interests to a higher level
He likes to collect sports memorabilia and he seems to specialize in tennis trading cards, boasting cards that feature the likes of his wife Serena, and other legends such as Andy Roddick, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and more.
He recently found out that he has a card of Venus Williams and he seemed very happy about it.
He spoke about why he collects these cards, particularly the more than 4,500 he has of his wife and said: “The whole plan for this is that like grandkids, great grandkids, they’ll have this collection and probably a hundred years from now, museums will want to put pieces of this up for the public display. But I don’t want our grandkids to ever have to go to museums to see someone else’s possession. They should be the ones renting it out. So that’s why we got the greatest collection of all time for you [Serena Williams].”
